  Congratulations to Eduardo Bellini who won the 2000 European Championships
  with the best margin ever. He finished first in 9 out of the successful
  11 races .
  Second was last years production world champion Thomas Larsen
  ( mistral) closely followed by Brian Rogid on Starboard .
  Steve Allen ( fanatic) who won the worlds on Starboard in 1997 was fourth
  and Victor Diaz , Starboard was 5th.

  This is 3 out the 5 first positions on Starboard. We congratulate all
  sailors and Jim Drake who designed the Formula .
