  Sailworks is seeking an in-house sales director. The ideal candidate
  will be an energetic, self-motivated person with a strong team
  attitude. A passion for windsurfing and previous sales experience in
  either the windsurfing business or wholesale sporting goods business
  is required. Proficiency with standard business software and
  articulate communication skills are necessary to succeed.
  Responsibilities are focused upon wholesale sales of high performance
  windsurfing equipment to a national network sporting goods and
  specialty windsurfing retailers, including customer service and
  technical product support, some travel to promotional events, writing
  press releases and product updates and assisting in other tasks as
  needed. This is a full time in-house position at Sailworks’ R+D
  loft/warehouse in Hood River, Oregon. Salary, bonuses, and benefits
  are offered commensurate with experience.
