Light winds continue to blow here on the penultimate day of the PWA 2003, freestyle finals. A tropical storm currently passing over the Dominican Republic has disrupted the regular trade wind pattern although forecasts are calling for strengthening winds over the next few days. We still have the double elimination of the men’s and women’s fourth rounds on standby so if conditions allow the competition should finish with an explosive climax tomorrow.
