I made my regular kite leash myself. A suicide version is the same but longer I suppose. Check it out next time you see me at the beach.

Tube webbing can be had at the first boat shop in Fiskebäck. The clips and SS rings at Båts, also in Fiskebäck.
You thread a bit of elasic bungee through the tube webbing and scrunch it up. Then you fold over the ends and sew in the ring at one end and the clip at the other. I think I tied a knot at the ends first so that I didn’t have to sew through the elastic.
