to hell with the kites, what you need is a course dude. So much more will become clearer once you have flown something and tried to relaunch a kite.

FIrst off get a course, you have 2 main choices down in skåne, Kitelife.se and kite.se, both are IKO approved and insured : )
Used gear shouldnt be older than 2 years old really, if someone is out kiting a lot, their rig is screwed after two years, just through stretching. It will fly, but you wont get as much power or a turning response out of it. I heard through the grapevine that there are a couple of stores working together this year to offer discount to one anothers customers, so you wont have to buy all your gear and kite in one place to get some discount on your first kite package : )
Look for something around a 12.. its pretty middle of the road, and you are not really going to need a smaller kite all summer.
Down in Skanör you have the perfect spot for riding your boards strapless, but become a member of Skånes kitesurf klubb, as there are a LOT of very sensitive areas down there, and they seem to change every couple of months, the club is trying to keep us on the beach though, and they are the best people to keep you informed : )

I aint tried the rally so I cant say anything, but the RPM is really awesome.
You have been around long enough to know that you will be paying much less cash for a SS than other brands out there, and to be honest, it doesnt feel like you get more for your money. So stick with SS and maybe wait for some decent snow and get down for a snowkite session and try them out? : )

haha of course, pretty much all the kites are ok to launch with a hook with bar out…
I do it with my RPM all the time from my Landrover while you are all out working during the day : )

If anyone wants to start a kiteschool next year I have a whole bunch of wetsuits, trainer kites, harnesses etc that I need to get rid of… they are not worth anything to me sitting in the corner, so just make an offer… (around 6-7k?)
