shouldnt be a problem, use the southside (babybay) and trim in a bit of depower when launching so you dont get any surprises… you will find that getting up on the board is easy with a bit of power if you dont have the technique

killer, hit skanörshamn, do the south side of the harbour and dont go any further south than the small river coming out and you will be totally fine, be mindfull of people on the beach though! we dont want anyone getting pissed at us on the näs.
If I was you though I would try to get up to Habo into the shallow flatwater and rock out getting up on the board, its MUCH easier there than in skanör : )
