I think that everyone has Valid points here when I am reading all of this… at the end of the day there are a couple of things that we all just have to accept.. our sports are growing and there is less and less space for us all out there.
Everyday I go to the beach there are at least 5 new faces and most of them are Noobies, trying to get into the sport. Sure, even I have been pissed sometimes when they get in the way and start to put themselfs or others in danger.
However, the fact of the matter is, we are all surfers, and this hardass image isnt really us, get the noobies into their wetsuits, tell them how they can make most progress (on the edge of the waves) and introduce them to the local riders… soon enough they will return the respect that you have shown them and let the better riders take the better waves.
What goes around, comes around… and as for the photos… well thats just childish.

I think that we should all be able to speak freely when on the forums… If allowed to do so, then we should accept that it is our own responsability to keep things from getting out of control…
As for freedom of information on the internet.. Any information posted on a webpage can be copied and pasted, the authors of such information accept this fact as soon as they post something online, and therefore should always have a watermark stating it is them that have produced it.
I believe all such information should be available to all on the forum, it dont matter if it is a Photo, Tips and Tricks discription, or links to other pages.
Although Nick has a good point, a moderator should always be monitoring to make sure that trouble makers are dealt with.
