try out La torche in Brittany, I remember that there was a shower at the beach, and I know you can park up overnight there.. however there is a campsite a 5 min drive down the coast to the south called Grand camping de la plage.. you could always dive in and use their showers without them knowing… and if you stay there, there are always loads of beach parties there in the summer : )
