I dont wanna sound like a dick, because I think its awesome that KITE.SE arrange so many awesome events and to be honest, without you guys, not much would be happening.. but..
Last year it has been mentioned to me from a few different people that there was only one boat after the other one fell through and when the group started to get split up, riders felt really unsafe and kinna didnt enjoy it as much as they would have liked to because they were scared of getting left behind or not having space in the boat for everyone and their gear.
so couple of quick questions…
how many people per boat?
If the wind is crap/wrong direction but you guys still want to roll, can I cancel on the day? -
Anyone got a spare recon bar kicking around?

yeah it will work, they just changed some sheit on the bar to make it safer : ) The real bummer is that now everyone knows I secretly like the cabs gear….

: ) awesome kite, its higher aspect than the CO2 that was around about the same time, they are pretty fast around the window for their size and have good Hang for airtime. Dont fuck around with the block that you ”punch through” when you launch and land, its an AWESOME solution to instant depower but hell, so many times I forgot to twist it back to ”ride”…
There isnt much depower in it and what will happen is you will for sure punch through by accident after forgetting to twist it back and its near impossible to avoid getting into a mess with all the lines out at sea.
Brilliant kite, you will love it : )

nice one Tom, great not to have to read between the lines of BS for once!, let me know how you get on with any other kites you try, I am looking at getting something high aspect as well : )

if its so gusty that the kite wants to fall out of the sky, dont have it above you and it is more likely to fall back in the window and power up again instead of down onto you then roll downwind before powering back up again.

The problem is that it really does seem to change every year down there.. Last year I totally thought I was right about the areas I was allowed to surf in and it turned out I wasnt, remember to be polite on the beach no matter how rude they are to ya down there : )
